Is it better to do one eye at a time (wait until one heals first before doing another eye) instead of having the lasik surgery for both eyes at the same time? Thank you.

Dr. Dello Russo respects your wishes with regard to doing one eye at a time or both at once. The vast majority of the time we do both at the same time because it is more convenient and requires fewer visits, is somewhat less expensive, and avoids the troublesome period between operations when the eyes have trouble working together (one operated, and the other with glasses or contact lenses).
